This is all ancient now I'm changing more things about her AGAIN because we're having a revamp and that gave me another chance to fix things

Personality: (All italisized traits are current to the revamp)
‣ Passive- She'll get a good idea of people if she's in their face and looking deep into their souls. (staring contest, she wins. 2/5 times)
‣ ‣ Curious - She's always been overly curious, once she wants something she'll try everything in her power to seek it out, can be abit troublesome She likes touching hair and bodies (that sounds weird...) especially.
‣ ‣ Playful - She can be a bit of a troublemaker if it means she can have fun with her friends.
‣ Including - She tries her best to make people comfortable or be helpful

Pure - in the sense of innocence, intention, ambition, and love. (I feel) in order to be a Ner one must have pure intentions wether its known or not, when Rue had the intent to forever be alone in a cave and die out and purposely taint her arcane it was a gesture of her regret but its purity is why she didn't convert to an efah. Love is a loose purity of hers. she likes everyone so she goes ahead and says she loves you all. But baby-making love isn't a level she's at but there might be a subconsiously growing connection she has with Kies >v> but shhhh she's oblivious to that right now.
Touchy - This can be negative and positive but she enjoys skin to skin contact. In the least she'll grab an article of clothing, be ready for the cute.
‣ Truthful- She cannot tell a lie. But she CAN avoid the question.. but not for too long "6ㅁ6; huh? the sky is blue isn't? 9ㅁ9; uhhm Pasta is wonderful, yes". So if you're going to have her transport some secret thing you better just lie to her what it is =v=;;;

Background:
Rue's grandmother or great grandmother..someone.. was a child of royal blood but out of wedlock (>v>; so what) being such an important line to the now destoried throne is why Rue then was raised sheltered and away from the outdoors's (like vasssttt outdoors where different herbs grow) until 3 when she managed to escape her ignorant life with her dear friend Kies. Though she had hoped to learn more of the outside world this was very limited as not many creatures lived freely. So she simply lived her days with her friend but that slowly came to a stop as Kies started to corrupt into an Efah. Triggers to this corruption may have been to her rejection of his affections. She managed to spend her days with him for a few another century or so (time flies >v>) until Kies died. Feeling fully responsible Rue isolated herslef in a cave to originally corrupt and die alone, however after Vas found her and took her in (much to her dismay at the time, she was abit..wild >v>) she began to think she may have another purpose to which corruption was not in her future. no. God was. Joins the Desadora faction. With her new ideal on life, she learned how to better use her magic and to morph her staff she carved out of a tree near Kie's deathspot (yes, deathspot..cause ash..) which also abcorbed some of his arcane >v> wink wink its a memorial precious belonging of hers now =v= and she's got the rest of the tree in her home so even if it somehow breaks she'll make another one >:I

Special Attacks/Powers:
Sunballs- The heat given off from her Lumen can be controlled to the degree of an intense condensed fireball Sun but at such an intensity it can only be used as a source of light for other Lumen users and a resistance to dark shadows. Its also very very heavy and takes time to move around with making it a primarily stationary power.

Weapons:
Staff, After opening a compartment that easily paper cuts her and takes in a drop of blood, she can morph it into any weapon of her choosing. So far she only morphs it into a Bat/Hammer (It's a mix of both) to swing projectiles (Small Sunballs/Fireballs)

Alternate WIP she has a smaller form in which she'll shrink and diaper-like bloomers are visible. its cute.. Being smaller makes it so her arcane is more concentrated though she'll get dizzy afterwards. So she usually is in her chibi form for comfort.
